Lady finds ounce nugget in backyard
while gardening
Maryborough

true or not in late 1980's
I heard large nugget bigger than "welcome stranger" was unearthed
on claim near Waanyarra, when they tried to get it out it broke in half
never heard no more about it since

Man traveling through Talbot pulls over to fix
flat tyre, while he was changing to the spare tyre,
out the corner of his eye notices a shining glint,
sticking up through road surface is an 8oz nugget.

Travlers pull off side of road to take a break near Kambalda
Lady wonders off into the bush, to do her business,
and specks Large nugget size unknown.

Man while using metal detector Ballarat area gets a large sound
thinks to himself "Hah must be a sheet of tin"
goes home "can't stop thinking about it for a week"
goes back there unearths 75oz'nugget.

Ballarat: Bloke's detecting partner had heard place were some really
good gold had come out, but didn't known of the exact location.
The bloke knew of this spot, and took him there
not to be wanting to detect at first
while his partner went off to detect
Sitting there pondering, curiosity got the better of him
stumbles onto 20oz nugget.

Young fella out ploughing paddock somewhere between Stuart Mill & ST.Arnaud
supposedly called the 3 pinnacle's, found a reef containing gold,
young fella was the only person that knew of its location and even to this day.
later on while out ploughing in another paddock the horse bolted,
young fella was savaged by the plough, found some weeks later.
