Proposed Great Forest National Park Video.

Post  Wombat on Thu Mar 30, 2017 7:56 am

Please watch this video in regards to the proposed Great Forest National Park for East Gippsland, Victoria. This video will show you some of the reasons why we should fight to stop this Great Forest National Park. It was made by Ricky Muir & MadMatty 4wd. Not only will it affect 4 wd infusers but also prospecting, fishing, camping, hunting, timber industry, bee keepers, horse riders, even walking your dog in that area.

This is an interview with Rick Muir & MadMatty did a week ago. Ricky is part of the fight to keep access to a fantastic part of Victoria in Australia. Have a listen so you can be informed about the threats to 4wding and other activities in that area. Lets be an informed user group and share this with your mates so they too can make informed decisions.

If you are a Victorian recreational land user or from interstate and want to enjoy what amazing activities our vast state forests have to offer, you need to watch this.
Recently Rick Muir had a visit from MadMatt 4wd. And this is what they had to say.
Our way of life and the industry we support is under threat by a proposed "Great Forest National Park", Matt was interested in what I had to say in relation to the proposal and you can watch our conversation in this video.
Please, if you love the outdoors and/or are supported by the industries our outdoor recreational lifestyles support, watch this and share it far and wide.
We need to get informed and make a stance sooner rather than later.
A huge thank you to Mr and Mrs MadMatt, the highlight for me was simply taking you both into the Donnelley's Creek area and showing you some of our sights, scenery, history and 4x4 tracks.

Thanks Wombat for putting that up.

Fossickers/prospectors and all users of the bush need to get activated and resist this push for an unnecessary new park. Do it now before it is too late!

It will be a disaster for common users, with no benefit to local communities at all.

What a lousy political/administrative system that delivers this kind of crap to the community,

Time for a stand... cheers.
