Hi Jen, great shots of the wild budgies! The only time I saw them was as a kid about 200 km west of Canberra in the Temora area of NSW. No yellows or blue ones amongst them! On my bucket list for my bird photos!

We usually see them over here in W.A in mass numbers. These are just a small flock
When in a huge flock, you would swear a jet engine is taking off.
The display of green is sooo beautiful..
I asked my brother if he would take some photos of them for me, as they were near our caravan.

How wonderful Jen what a fantastic spot for some camping and detecting - I'd be running round everywhere grabbing the 5000 and then the camera - its heaven to me! All the best and hope that weather clears up for tomorrow! Ian

This wasnt taken at camp.. but some of you may know where it is..  Very Happy
The birds will swoop past you..  take your food.. cheeky they are

Here's one of our alarms Laughing  i named them fred & mable.
Not sure which is which.. i am sure they don't care
