Miners Rights NSW?

Post  Jim Beam on Wed Oct 13, 2010 6:39 pm

Guys,

In Vic you need a Miners Right to prospect on crown land etc.

Just to save me wading through a load of NSW Gov sites, what would permit/s will I need to go nugget hunting in NSW?

Cheers,

Jimbo

Hi Jim,
no Miners right needed to hunt in NSW.
But if it's in a state forrest you'll need a permit
